Some courses require prerequisites to be completed prior to attending class. These prerequisites may be web, computer based or other hands on courses and additional charges may apply. Once you have submitted a request you will be contacted to determine your eligibility and to schedule a course date. A request does not mean that you are enrolled in a class. Fleet Electrical / Electronics Overview (1-2 Days)
This course is for fleet technicians who require an overview understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle applications and subsystems. It is recommended that technicians participate in this course prior to attending the individual courses for electrical and electronics.

Hands-on training on the operation and navigation of the new generation star (ngs) diagnostic tool. This course is designed to familiarize the technician with the basic operation of the tool.

Hands-on training on the operation and navigation of the Worldwide Diagnostic System (WDS) diagnostic tool. This course is designed to familiarize the technician with the basic operation of the tool.
30F07T1 7.3L Power Stroke Diesel (1-2 Days)
This course provides technicians with the knowledge and skills required to perform basic ""fix it right the first time"" repairs on Ford Motor Company vehicles equipped with diesel engines.
30F20T0 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel (1-2 Days)
This course provides technicians with the knowledge and skills required to perform basic "fix it right the first time" repairs on Ford Motor Company vehicles equipped with 6.0L diesel engines.

This course provides technicians with the knowledge and skills required to perform basic "fix it right the first time" repairs on Ford Motor Company vehicles equipped with electronic automatic transmissions.

This course provides technicians with the knowledge and skills required to perform basic "fix it right the first time" engine performance repairs on Ford Motor Company vehicles.

This course is for fleet technicians who service F250 and F350 trucks.
31F08T0 AFV Fuel Handling and Safety (1 Day)
Classroom based Fuel Handling and Safety class on Alt Fuel vehicles for fleet technicians.
31F18T0 1999-2003 Dedicated CNG Vehicles (2 Days)
This two day classroom course covers 1999 to 2003 Ford Dedicated CNG vehicles.
31F19T0 2003 Bi-Fuel CNG (BFIM) Vehicles (2 Days)
This two day classroom course covers 2003 Ford BFIM BI FUEL CNG vehicles.
31F16T0 1999-2002 Bi-Fuel CNG Vehicles (2 Days)
CNG fueled vehicles operation, diagnosis and service. Fleet training.

This instructor-led classroom course provides intensive hands-on coverage of diagnosis and testing for basic electrical systems.

34S19T0 ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS DIAGNOSIS (4 DAYS)
This instructor-led classroom course provides hands-on intensive coverage of the diagnosis and testing of automotive electronic systems. Basic NGS and WDS usage is also heavily covered.
32S05T1 ENGINE REPAIR (4 DAYS)
This hands-on classroom course teaches proper disassembly, assembly, repair and diagnostic techniques for ford engines including how to measure and identify critical clearances.
30S03T0 NVH PRINCIPLES & DIAGNOSIS
This classroom course covers the principles of NVH, system identification techniques, and hands-on practice diagnosing noise, vibration and harshness concerns. Includes hands-on practice with the Chassis Ears, EVA vibration analyzer and Syrometer.
33S10T0 STEERING & SUSPENSION (4 DAYS)
This classroom course covers base and electronic steering and suspension systems operation and diagnosis. The use of proper diagnostic tools and procedures on workstations and vehicles.

ADVANCED CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEMS DIAGNOSIS (3 DAYS)
This classroom course will give the technician the opportunity to practice climate control diagnosis and service procedures.

36S08T0 TRANSFER CASE & 4WD SYSTEM REPAIR (3 DAYS)
This classroom course teaches technicians the skills required to master the diagnosis and service of four-wheel drive systems. This hands-on focused course covers conventional and electronic transfer cases as well as locking axles and wheel hubs.
36S05T0 MANUAL TRANSMISSION & TRANSAXLE REPAIR (4 DAYS)
This classroom course provides techs with comprehensive training on current ford manual transmissions and maximizes hands-on learning providing the tech with the skills to diag & service these systems. Topics include clutches, manual transmissions, manual transaxles & front-wheel drive halfshafts.
36S02T0 DIFFERENTIAL & DRIVELINE REPAIR (3 DAYS)
This course gives technicians the skills to diagnose and service rear axles, differentials and drive shafts, and emphasizes hands-on training while providing the knowledge of component operation needed for effective servicing of these systems.
38S07T0 BRAKE SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS & SERVICE (2 DAYS)
This classroom course is a hands-on intensive course designed to provide the technician with the skills and knowledge to perform diagnosis and service on base brake systems. Provides technicians practice utilizing the information presented in the two prerequisite web based courses, while emphasizing the hands-on skills required to diagnose and service current and past ford brake systems.
38S08T0 ADVANCED BRAKE SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS & SERVICE (3 DAYS)
This classroom course focuses on the hands-on skills and advanced brake system knowledge that is essential for ford service technicians. This course utilizes the technicians skills and knowledge in the diagnosis and service of anti-lock brakes, traction control, and stability assist systems

This course is a hands-on session to learn theory, operation and the relationships between the systems and systems types. Includes use and interpretation of the diagnostic tests equipment for fuel/air, ignition, emission systems and their components.
31S10T0 ENGINE PERFORMANCE DIAGNOSIS & TESTING (4 DAYS)
This classroom course covers diagnosis and testing of the Fuel, air inlet, exhaust and emission systems.
31S15T0 ADVANCED EP DIAGNOSIS & TESTING (4 DAYS)
This hands-on classroom course teaches critical thinking skills to diagnose symptom driven and intermittent concerns.
51S04T0 ADVANCED DIESEL ENGINE PERFORMANCE DIAGNOSIS & TESTING (3 DAYS)
This classroom course includes intensive hands-on coverage of diagnosis and testing of the 7.3L DIT engine.
